Welcome to Soul Yoga east! This Terms & Conditions of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between the user and Soul Yoga east. By using Soul Yoga east services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the provisions in this Agreement, then please do not use Soul Yoga east services.

Soul Yoga east reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time and in its sole discretion, by updating this posting on our website or through other means. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement for changes each time you use Soul Yoga east services. Your continued use of Soul Yoga east will signify your acceptance of any changed terms . 

Soul Yoga east reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in its sole discretion at any time for any reason without prior notice. You agree that Soul Yoga east shall not be liable to you or any third party for such termination of your access to our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password, including any activity by any third party using your account or password. 

Soul Yoga east reserves the right to refuse registration of,  or cancel a user in its discretion. Soul Yoga east services may contain information and materials uploaded by other users of our services, as well as links to third-party websites. 

You acknowledge that Soul Yoga east does not pre-screen content, but that Soul Yoga east shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via our services. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Soul Yoga east and its subsidiaries from any liabilities arising out of or related to your use of Soul Yoga east services.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services, including without limitation those pertaining to export control, copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy and data protection. All materials provided by Soul Yoga east are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. 

Soul Yoga east makes no warranties either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Soul Yoga east be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising out of the use of or inability to use our services or materials.

Soul Yoga east reserves all rights in its trademarks and service marks. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. This Agreement and your use of Soul Yoga east services shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute between you and Soul Yoga east arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pittsburgh, PA. 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Soul Yoga east with respect to your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements on this subject. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. 

You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Soul Yoga east, which supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, oral or written, with respect to your use of our services. No action of Soul Yoga east other than an express written waiver or amendment shall be construed as a waiver or amendment of this Agreement. 

If any provision in this Agreement is held invalid by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of this Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement may not be assigned by you without our prior written consent.

Soul Yoga east reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time with or without notice. Your continued use of the website after any such amendments shall constitute your acceptance of them.
